The center medians are covered by the contactor as it is still under the warranty period. The flower beds were not up to standards, and the contractor has been asked to rectify the deficiencies.
- Pavement Markings:
The pavement markings have been refreshed on site.
- Water Ponding:
The project consultant confirmed that, based on the design, there should be no water ponding within the project area. They monitored the area following the recent rainfall events and noted that no water ponding was observed on site.
- Planting:
Planting is anticipated to be carried out by Forestry in early October. All planting beds have been completed and are ready for planting. I have copied Forestry staff on this email, so they can notify you of further planting updates.
