1055 Bloor Street Community Meeting
Dear Ward 3 residents,
I have arranged a Community Meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 7pm at the
Burnhamthorpe Community Centre (Fleetwood Village Room) – 1500 Gulleden Drive.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed development located at 1055 Bloor Street
by Carpreit. The applicant is proposing to redevelop the site that would result in a 112 unit
stacked townhouse development being added to the existing apartment site.
Please join myself, the applicant and the City of Mississauga staff to discuss the details
and any questions you may have about this development.
