Terracap – 1535 Dundas St E – Community Meeting
Dear Resident,
I have arranged a Virtual Community Meeting on Thursday, March 30th, 2023 at 6:30pm. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed development located at 1535 Dundas Street East, being submitted by GCTC Holdings Inc. The proposed development has three mixed-use residential buildings, consisting of 55, 40 and 33 storeys above two 9-storeys podiums. Two levels of underground parking and three levels of podium parking
