855 Winchester Drive – Development Update
The property at 855 Winchester Drive is designated Business Employment in the City of Mississauga Official Plan and zoned E2-128 under the City’s Zoning By-law.
The proposed development consists of a banquet hall with approximately 3,757 m² of gross floor area. The development includes 441 parking spaces, including accessible parking, approximately 5,008 m² of landscaped area, pedestrian walkways and vehicular access from Winchester Drive. Landscaping and screening are also proposed along portions of the property’s boundaries.
Application History
A Site Plan application was originally submitted to the City on September 12, 2016. The application underwent several rounds of review by City staff and commenting agencies to address matters such as site access, parking, landscaping, servicing and site design.
Following the review process, Site Plan approval was granted on November 25, 2025.
Current Status and Next Steps
With Site Plan approval granted, the next step is for the applicant to obtain the necessary building permits before proceeding with construction. Construction may commence once the required permits and applicable approvals are in place. The timing of construction will be determined by the applicant.
