2121 Rathburn Road Community Meeting
Dear Ward 3 Residents,
I have arranged a Community Meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 7pm at the
Tomken Twin Arena (Community Meeting Room) – 4495 Tomken Road.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed development located at 2121 Rathburn Road East
by Carpreit. The applicant is proposing to redevelop the site to construct one block of
stacked, back-to-back townhouses at 2121 Rathburn Road. The application is for 40 units
in addition to the existing 13-storey apartment building containing 139 units which will
remain.
Please join myself, the applicant and the City of Mississauga staff to discuss the details
and any questions you may have about this development.
