Dear Resident,
I have arranged a Virtual Community Meeting on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 6:30pm. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed development located at 805 Dundas Street East, being submitted by GSAI. The proposed development is a 12-sorey residential apartment building with 399 residential units, with retail on the ground, and 20 townhouses.
