OZ-OPA 26-5 W3 – Cancellation Notice
There are two active planning applications for 1315 Bough Beeches Boulevard:
OZ/OPA 26-5 W3 – Originally scheduled for August 24th, but has been indefinitely postponed
A rezoning proposal to permit a 13-storey rental property at the southeast corner of 1315 Bough Beeches. This application will be presented to the Planning and Development Committee, a committee consisting of City Councillors for the purpose of making decisions on planning applications such as rezonings and amendments to the Official Plan. Once it is established when the rezoning application is presented, a notice will be mailed out three-four weeks prior to the meeting.
B26.26 – Scheduled for August 20th
A consent to sever proposal asking for permission to legally sever a portion of the lands located at 1315 Bough Beeches Boulevard from the property, thus creating a new independent lot. This application will be presented to the Committee of Adjustment, a committee consisting of citizen members with the responsibility to make decisions on minor planning affairs, such as “consent to sever” applications and “minor variance” applications.
