3403 to 3445 Fieldgate Drive (Fieldgate Plaza) Community Meeting Notice
Dear Resident,
I have arranged a Community Meeting on Tuesday November 26, 2024 at 7 pm at Burnhamthorpe Community Centre (Fleetwood Village Room) – 1500 Gulleden Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed development located at 3403 to 3445 Fieldgate Drive (Fieldgate Plaza) by Sajecki Planning Inc. The applicant proposes to redevelop the site with three (3) residential apartment buildings with heights of 13-, 18- and 22-storeys. The proposal also consists of townhouse units along Ponytrail Drive. Commercial and retail uses are proposed at-grade along Fieldgate Drive, and a new private north-south lane is proposed through the centre of the site to support access to the buildings. The proposal also provides for new public parkland.
