The Vacuum Leaf Collection Program (VLCP) is just around the corner! If you live in Ward 3, your street falls under the Yellow and Blue Zone. You will receive a postcard indicating which Zone your street is in.

Keep a close eye on your mailbox—eligible residents will receive a postcard with exact collection dates, delivered on a staggered schedule about two weeks before your first pickup.
