I am pleased to share that the city’s annual Vacuum Leaf Collection Program (VLCP) will begin next week. Our schedule is as follows:

Due to the unpredictable nature of rotating strikes at Canada Post, we are continuing to hand deliver as many cards as possible. Staff successfully delivered cards to the yellow zone last week and immediately began hand deliveries in the blue zone. We anticipate having the blue zone delivery completed early next week.
Postcard delivery to the green zone will begin as soon as the blue zone delivery is complete.
