Original Proposal: Official plan amendment and rezoning applications to permit a 12 storey apartment with ground floor uses and 34 back to back townhomes. Total of 469 units are proposed.

I have arranged a Virtual Pre-Submission Community Meeting on Monday, July 11th at 6:30 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed development located at 1225 Dundas St East, submitted by Smart Centres. The proposal includes a 12 storey building with retail on the first floor, underground parking and 34 townhouses.
