I have arranged a virtual community meeting for Wednesday, May 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to provide residents with an update on the proposed development at 1750 Bloor Street and 3315 Fieldgate Drive.
The developer has advised that they will be bringing their revised submission to Planning and Development Committee in June to include:
- One new apartment building along Bloor Street and amenity building and garbage building.
- Height of building along Bloor Street frontage 17 storeys and height of buildings internal to the site 1 storey.
- Existing two 11 storey apartment buildings would remain.
- Total number of units 568 (302 existing, 266 proposed).
- Amenity area, indoor pool and outdoor reduced playfield, increased surface parking (though parking exists there now).
