On behalf of the City of Mississauga, please see the attached Notice of Study Commencement for the Dixie-Dundas Flood Mitigation Project and Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA).
The first of two Public Information Centres (PIC) for the study is available for your review and input at http://mississauga.ca/flooding. The purpose of this first PIC is to:
- introduce the public to the project
- present conceptual alternative flood mitigation solutions
- provide an opportunity for interested parties to offer input and identify any concerns or location information that will support the EA process
The second PIC will be announced later in 2020 and will focus on the preliminary design of a flood mitigation solution.
