The Burnhamthorpe Community Centre is now offering Indoor cycling.  Some of the benefits of indoor cycling classes are lowered stress, improved cardiovascular function, increased muscular endurance, and weight loss. The City recently changed its membership offering to include cycling as a regular class, and not an additional fee.

Classes are suitable for beginner and older adult participants.
