Carts
As approved by Regional Council (Resolution 2015-422), residents wishing to exchange their carts will have the ability to do so starting April 2016. The $25 exchange fee per cart will be waived from April 1st 2016 to April 30, 2016.
Residents will not be able to request a change prior to April 2016 as they will need to take a ’90 day challenge’ in order to make an informed decision about the suitable cart size for their home.
