The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) will be mailing Property Assessment Notices (PANs) to Mississauga properties on November 2, 2015.

PANs are not issued to all properties. A PAN will only be provided where one of the following has occurred:

  • change to property ownership, legal description, or school support;

  • change to the property’s value resulting from a Request for Reconsideration or Assessment Review Board decision;

  • property value increase/ decrease reflecting a change to the property; for example, a new structure, addition, or removal of an old structure; or

  • change in the classification of the property

Notice will show the assessed value and classification of a property based on a January 1, 2012 legislation valuation date, which is in place for the 2013-2016 property tax years.
