The Mississauga Steelheads in partnership with the City of Mississauga are excited to announce a new complimentary shuttle to Steelheads home games for the remainder of the season. The shuttle, which will leave from Celebration Square at City Centre, will be available for all Friday night and Sunday afternoon home games and will begin on Friday, December 13th when the Steelheads take on the Barrie Colts. With plenty of activities available at Celebration Square throughout the winter including public skating, fans will be able to hop on a bus at Celebration Square that will take them directly to the Hershey Centre to catch exciting OHL action.

The Steelheads shuttle is another great way for fans to come and experience world class hockey in their own back yard at the Hershey Centre. Steelheads owner, Elliott Kerr, working with the City of Mississauga is thrilled to offer an additional outlet for fans to come out and support their local team. “From the heart of our great City to the hotbed of hockey in Mississauga we will take care of you! From Celebration Square to the Hershey Centre and return, all on us! We want you to experience Steelheads hockey, watching the NHL stars of tomorrow and the world class, affordable, family entertainment they provide, coupled with everything that Celebration Square has to offer.“

The shuttle is Steelheads branded, and there is no charge to and from the Hershey Centre at the select pick up and drop off times. The New Year’s Eve game on December 31 at 2:00 pm vs. Kingston, and the Family Day game on February 17th at 2:00 pm vs. Sudbury are not included in the route schedule.
